I was deeply frustrated by the lack of engagement from the reception staff. they were there, yet their indifference was palpable. Arriving late and finding no one at the desk made check-in an absolute nightmare, requiring multiple phone calls just to unlock the door. To top it off, the upkeep of the facilities was shocking—cracked floor tiles and rusted shelves displayed clear signs of neglect.

The room was spotless and had a handy kitchenette along with a washer/dryer, which made our stay very convenient.

the room is smaller than expected and woudl ve been nice if the beds were comfy. reception is barely there, and when i asked for a parking spot, i was told to park on the street, how quaint. so close to the city, yet so far from any decent service, i almost gave a good review, but not quite.

This was just a well-suited match for a short staycation in Auckland with good price-quality ratio. The terrace was huge, perfect for relaxing outside. Look for better corporate rates nearby if you're on a business trip.

Room was quite spacious, had a super comfy bed that could put you to sleep instantly. The kitchen was better equipped than I thought, we made a lovely breakfast together, felt like home.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable for what you get.
